Artist Statement
I think in modern day it’s easy to forget our roots. In an age of technology and constant stimulation, I want my work to be a refuge. I want people to feel that comfort and connection to nature, to be able to return to their inner-child’s view of the world and all the whimsy the world has to offer.
Artist Bio
Originally from south queensferry, illustrator Mia Duffy (bumblebia) has lived in four different countries and draws from nature for inspiration. She loves to read, laugh with friends, cuddle her cat, or enjoy a wee matcha latte.
